• Housekeeping and laundry service (Monday–Saturday)

• Daytime service for snacks, lunch, cocktails, and mocktails while you relax by the pool (groceries not included)

• Dedicated concierge to arrange everything from private chefs and spa services to golf carts, excursions, and return airport transfers

• Private, air-conditioned arrival shuttle from LIR straight to the villa

• Beach gear provided (chairs, umbrellas, and coolers)

Groceries are not included, but we can help arrange a grocery service so everything is ready for your stay.

Policies & Important Information

Secure your booking with a 30% deposit, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Enjoy peace of mind with free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. Up to 30 days before arrival, a 60% refund is available on payments made. A full refund is possible if the dates are rebooked at the same rate. 

Please note, bookings during holiday periods are non-refundable.

 

While the home is fully staffed and comes with all amenities for your comfort, Sundays and Federal Holidays are a well-deserved day off for our team. House staff and breakfast will not be available on this day to ensure they enjoy their rest.
